Detailed description of goods and/or services

Bounce Online is a business in the eCommerce Industry that markets products of a musical/electronic nature.

 

Delivery policy
Once payment is received, it can take between 1-7 working days to dispatch your order.

Please note that the shipping costs included or billed for at checkout are to main distribution points only. For all other regional areas, a custom shipping fee will apply and will be invoiced separately. Your product will only be dispatched after the custom shipping fee has been paid.

Regional areas include Farm / Plot, Government Building, Power Station, Trust Area, Township, Game Reserve / Resort, Embassy / Consulate and Chain Store.

 

Confirmation of stock before completion of order
As an online store, the range of products we offer on our site are a selection from a number of suppliers. A product that is shown on our site is not an indication that we or our suppliers necessarily have stock on hand, and as such, the responsibility of the customer to ensure that desired products are available. This can be done by communicating with us on the site chat facility, our Facebook chat, or e-mailing us on bounceme@bounceonline.co.za 

Should an order be completed and paid for but neither Bounce or our suppliers have stock, clients will have the following options: 

  1. If required stock is arriving from supplier within a reasonable time (as agreed), we will supply the stock once it is available.
  2. Offer a similar product that is available as an alternative and arrange for pay-in or partial refund. 
  3. Keep the credit in your Bounce online account for future use, or accept a voucher to the same amount. 
  4. Refund the customer in full, less a 2.5% admin fee incl VAT. 

Site pricing and price matching.

While we endeavour to keep our site prices as accurate as possible, it may happen that errors occur in capturing or that cost prices on advertised items change before updates are made.

In any such case of administrative or technical error or a situation that would cause us to endure a financial or other loss by fulfilment, we reserve the right to not supply the goods and cancel or refund or credit the transaction in full or in part. 

Price matching requests will be attended to on a “best attempt” method and we do not guarantee that we will be able to match a competitor’s advertised price, only submit our best offer which clients are free to accept or decline. 

 

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

 

Damaged Items
Should your item arrive and is damaged, please contact us at bounceme@bounceonline.co.za with a photo of the product. After we have been in touch with you, you will need to return/send the products back to us, at your own expense, within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.

 

Warranty
All products, unless specified, carry the importers warranty. For details on warranty offered per product, please contact us before purchase. Warranty repairs or swaps is at the discretion of the supplier. Should a warranty be reasonably declined by the supplier, the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the client. Please note that there are no warranties for blown speaker drivers unless it is proven to be a factory fault.  

 

Returns 
Should your items arrive and you are displeased with your purchase, please contact us at bounceme@bounceonline.co.za with a photo of the product. After we have been in touch with you, you will need to return/send the products back to us, at your own expense, within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be refunded and/or exchanged, due to the nature of the specific order.

 

Undelivered Items
Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (for example no one on the premises to take delivery, you are unable to answer calls or an invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided) we will attempt a second delivery after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package. Should you request a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the price of the products less the additional delivery costs.

 

Customer privacy policy
Bounce Online shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made through our available payment portals, Bank EFT or Manual Payment into the Bounce Online’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

 

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Bounce Online via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayFast is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayFast is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Bounce Sound Lighting & DJ separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za

 

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

Responsibility
Bounce Online takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Bounce Online chooses as its ‘domicilium citandi et executandi’ for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Postnet Suite 370 Private Bag X033 Rivonia 2128, South Africa.

 

Variation
Bounce Online may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
